Summer Camp

Exciting news! We have (finally!) moved camp applications online! You do not need to come to the club, no sitting in the bingo hall, no need to take off work. The entire application, including all supporting documents, can be submitted from a computer or your phone. Thank you in advance for your patience in case something doesn’t work properly. 

The application will be open beginning on Monday, March 2nd at 9AM.

Please be advised that all registrants will automatically be placed on a waitlist. 

• You will be contacted once we confirm space for your child in the program. 
• There will be no payment due until your registration is confirmed. 

To ensure a smooth process, please ensure that you have the following ready for upload at the time of registration: 

• Child’s vaccination records
• Copy of 2025 income tax (if applying for financial assistance) 
• Copy of child’s report card (campers in kindergarten and 1st grade) 

We are actively working to make our registration process easier and more convenient for our families and, as always, we will do our best to accommodate as many members as possible in the summer camp program. We thank you in advance for your patience as we roll out this new registration process!
